America Needs a Political Messiah

Barack Obama may command the oceans to recede and inspire unquestioning fanaticism in his disciples, but he is no messiah.

We need a real political messiah, whose zeal for the founding fathers' house consumes him.

We need a messiah who will make a whip of cords and drive the moneychangers from the US Capitol, which they have turned into a "den of robbers."

We need a messiah who will call the politicians what they are: A brood of vipers, hypocrites! who bind up laws to burden good citizens, while they exempt themselves.

These political pharisees strain out a gnat when circumscribing citizens' rights, but swallow the camel for personal and partisan political gain and the millions that it brings them.

Their cup is clean on the outside, but on the inside it is full of greed and self-indulgence.

Our government institutions are "beautiful on the outside but on the inside are full of dead men's bones and everything unclean." This leads We The People to view those in power with suspicion: "In the same way, on the outside you appear to people as righteous but on the inside you are full of hypocrisy and wickedness."

Yes, we need a messiah, but President Obama ain't it.

It's a beautiful and encouraging time in America for conservatives and libertarians!



Liberalism is undergoing a worldwide collapse, American are wise to the failed tactics and policies of progressivism, and liberals here in the US are coming unhinged

60% of Americans want the health care travesty repealed, and it just may happen since congress inadvertently forgot to exempt themselves

 The confusion raises the inevitable question:

If they did not know exactly what they were doing to themselves, did lawmakers who wrote and passed the bill fully grasp the details of how it would influence the lives of other Americans?" (New York Times)

Now, the sniveling cowards in the Democratic party are dodging a basic congressional responsibility:

Congressional Democrats said Tuesday that they may be unable to approve a budget plan this year because many lawmakers are unwilling, in the run-up to the November midterm elections, to ratify a spending blueprint that is certain to include large deficits. 

Although a budget resolution is "important," House Majority Leader Steny H. Hoyer (D-Md.) said, "it is difficult to pass budgets in election years because, you know, they reflect what is the status. And the status of this country was brought into deep debt by the economic policies of the Bush administration." (Wapo - Political Digest)

I hope "It's all Bush's fault" is the Democrat campaign motto this November.  They are too stupid to realize even moderates with no love for Bush are tired of hearing that tune.

Hateful Republicans insist Congress obey the laws it passed

The Senate remains embroiled in a debate over extending jobless benefits as Republicans push for the legislation to be paid for and Democrats try to vilify the GOP for keeping needy people from getting their unemployment checks.  (Washington Examiner)

The Democrats passed Paygo this year, swearing they would find offsetting cuts or raise taxes to pay for new stuff.  How dare the GOP have the temerity to hold them to it!

Political promises are not worth the paper they're printed on, even if that paper is the federal register of US Code that contains the catalog of laws the congress passes and then exempts itself from.

Come November, it's time to take out the trash, America.
